Dnepropetrovsk

Ukraine's fourth-largest city, Dnepropetrovsk, is a cosmopolitan business hub known for its abundance of green spaces, multiple museums, and thriving performing arts scene. The former Soviet military and space center has only been open to outsiders since 1990, but has since managed to establish itself as an important center of modern Ukrainian culture.
