Bring appropriate clothes for the weather especially light colours for protectiont from the sun.
Bring a hat and sunscreen for good sun protection.
(Of course, in many places you can buy these items there)
Check the travel advisories for your particular destination.

But we need to know more to reply...
What island are you visiting? How are you getting there? By cruiseship, by flight, by private yacht
?? Are you solo? Going as a couple? With a family? Are you young or old?
Also not to be picky -lol- but it's one 'R' and two 'B's for the Caribbean.
